Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Daisy Vases is no longer responsible for the package.

  • We do not take responsibility for damaged, lost, or mishandled packages caused by the shipping carrier
  • By placing an order, you agree that any claims regarding damage during delivery should be directed to the shipping provider

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Keep all packaging materials and documentation, as they may be required for the claim process

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Daisy Vases is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
